| CasinoTech was formed out of Kortek employees to handle all of the parts and service needs for their #1 customer IGT (and later Bally, Sigma, Konami, WMS and others), and for their casinos customers nation- wide. We started in 1998 as Kortek's exclusive authorized service center serving IGT only, and have grown to multiple offices serving IGT and casinos throughout the country. We have continued to grow in this changing market because of one reason: we focus on Kortek monitors only – where our competitors choose to or are required to handle many lines. As Kortek’s authorized service center for almost a decade, out of obligation and pride, we support Kortek only, and do not compromise that support of our customers by carrying other lines like bill validators or printers.
