*Ceronix warrants their boards & monitors for 4 years from date of manufacture
*CasinoTech handles all Ceronix warranties
*CasinoTech requires that customer send complete monitor only when submitting RMAs
It is very important to include all information so that we can properly identify the monitor, understand the problem and determine warrant ability.
Please use a separate form for each monitor type.
You will receive an RMA # & return instructions by the next business day.
If out of warranty, please write PO # in the Details description.
